摘要
为探究高模量沥青混凝土在路面结构中的合理应用层位,采用万能材料试验机对比不同材料与厚度组合的双层试件的承载力,并基于承载力分析确定高模量沥青混凝土的适用层位。结果表明,沥青混合料的承载特性与其应用层位密切相关,高模量沥青混凝土用于路面下面层或中下面层,可更有效地发挥提升结构承载力的作用,而高模量沥青混凝土用于上面层或中面层,可显著改善结构的延性;厚度为1 cm的高模量沥青混凝土在提升承载力方面的效果相当于约1.7 cm SBS改性沥青或2.2 cm橡胶改性沥青混凝土。
Domestic research on the performance of high modulus asphalt mixture has been more systematic and comprehensive,but there is less research on the structural design of high modulus asphalt pavement.In order to explore the reasonable application layer of high modulus asphalt concrete in pavement structure,the universal material testing machine was used to compare the bearing capacity of double-layer specimens with different material and thickness combinations,and the applicable layer of high modulus asphalt concrete was determined based on the bearing capacity analysis.The results show that the bearing characteristics of asphalt mixture were closely related to its application layer.When high modulus asphalt concrete was used in the bottom layer or in the middle and bottom layer at the same time of the pavement,it can play a more effective role in improving the bearing capacity of the structure,while when high modulus asphalt concrete was used in the up layer or middle layer,it can significantly improve the ductility of the structure.The effect of 1 cm thick high modulus asphalt concrete in improving the bearing capacity was equivalent to that of about 1.7 cm SBS modified or 2.2 cm rubber modified asphalt concrete.
