摘要
目的:观察口炎清颗粒辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及其对龈沟液炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选择慢性牙周炎患者62例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各31例。2组均给予西医常规干预措施,对照组加用罗红霉素胶囊、替硝唑片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合口炎清颗粒治疗。连续治疗4周后,比较2组临床疗效、牙周炎指标及龈沟液肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-1β水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的70.97%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探针深度、龈沟出血指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项指标均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组龈沟液TNF-α、IL-1β水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组TNF-α、IL-1β水平标均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组TNF-α、IL-1β水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西医常规联合口炎清颗粒治疗慢性牙周炎,能有效抑制炎症反应,明显改善临床症状体征,从而提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Kouyanqing Granules on chronic periodontitis and its effect on levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods:A total of62 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were received the routine intervention measures of western medicine.The control group was treated with Roxithromycin Capsules and Tinidazde Tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Kouyanqing Granules based on the treatment of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects,periodontal indexes and levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and interleukin(IL)-1β in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.55% in the treatment group,significantly higher than that of 70.97% in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference was found in the comparisons of plaque index,gingival index,probe depth,and sulcus bleeding index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in gingival crevicular fluid between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-α and IL-1β levels in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on routine western medicine treatment,the therapy of Kouyanqing Granules can effectively inhibit the inflammatory responses in patients with chronic periodontitis,significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and enhance the curative effect.
