摘要
目的探讨新生儿重症监护室规范化护理干预对红臀发生率的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2022年6月在本院重症监护室进行住院治疗的新生儿66例,随机分为规范护理组和常规护理组各33例。规范护理组采用规范化护理,常规护理组采用常规护理。对比两组护理期间的红臀发生率及红臀患儿的炎性血清因子、红臀严重程度、红臀发作处理、治愈时长,以及发作第1天和第3天的改良面部表情评分。结果规范护理组的红臀发生率、红臀发作严重度、降钙素原、C反应蛋白和白细胞计数均低于常规护理组,红臀处理和治愈时间短于常规护理组,且在红臀发作第3天,其改良面部表情评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论对重症监护室新生儿实施规范化护理干预,可预防严重感染,有效降低和控制红臀的发生,及时缓解红臀症状,促进康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing intervention in neonatal intensive care unit on the incidence of red buttocks.Methods A total of 66 neonates who were hospitalized in the intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into standard nursing group and routine nursing group,with 33 cases in each group.The neonates in the standardized nursing group received standardized nursing,while the neonates in the routine nursing group received routine nursing.The incidence of red buttock,inflammatory serum factors,severity of red buttock,treatment and cure time of red buttock onset,and modified facial expression score on day 1 and day 3 of red buttock onset were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of red buttock in standard nursing group was lower than that in routine nursing group,and the severity of red buttock attack was lower than that in routine nursing group,the procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cell counts were lower than those in the routine nursing group,the treatment and healing time of red buttocks in the normative nursing group were shorter than those in the conventional nursing group,and the modified facial expression score on the third day of red rump onset was lower than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized nursing intervention for newborns in intensive care unit can prevent serious infection,effectively reduce and control the occurrence of red buttocks,and timely alleviate the symptoms of red buttocks,which is beneficial to promote their early recovery.This nursing measure is worthy of application.
