摘要
为便于梅花型桩设计计算,基于梅花型桩截面的外切圆半径和开弧弧度2个控制变量,研究梅花型桩的截面面积、周长以及截面惯性矩特征,分析2个控制变量对截面几何特性的影响规律,将梅花型桩与圆形桩进行了对比分析。结果表明:梅花型桩的截面面积、周长随截面外切圆半径、开弧弧度的增大而增大,面积增大比周长显著,其中截面外切圆半径对截面面积和周长的影响最为显著,当截面外切圆半径从0.1 m增加到1.0 m时,截面面积从0.02 m^(2)增加到3.22 m^(2),面积增大了161倍,截面周长从0.79 m增加到7.85 m,周长增大了9.94倍;相同截面面积梅花型桩与圆形桩截面周长比为1.15~1.16,所以相同混凝土用量时梅花型桩的周长比圆桩大15%~16%;梅花型桩存在2个截面惯性矩Ix和Iy,且Iy恒大于Ix,2个截面惯性矩随截面外切圆半径的增大而增大。相较于等截面圆形桩,梅花型桩的截面惯性矩呈指数增长趋势。
In order to facilitate the application of the plum blossom pile, based on two control variables of plum blossom pile section, the outsourcing radius of plum blossom pile and the open arc angle of plum blossom pile, the characteristics of cross section area, perimeter and inertia moment of plum blossom pile are studied.And the influence of the two control variables on cross section geometric characteristics is analyzed and compared with that of the circular pile within the scope of the size in engineering application.The results show that the cross sectional area and perimeter of plum blossom pile increase with the increase of the outsourcing radius and the open arc angle.What’s more, area increases more significantly than perimeter.The outsourcing radius plays the most important part in influencing the cross sectional area and perimeter.When the outsourcing radius varies from 0.1 m to 1.0 m, the area varies from 0.02 m^(2) to 3.22 m^(2),the area increases 161 times, and the perimeter varies from 0.79 m to 7.85 m, the perimeter increases 9.94 times.The perimeter ratio between the plum blossom pile and the circular pile with the same sectional perimeter is 1.15 to 1.16.Therefore, the perimeter of plum blossom pile is 15% to 16% larger than that of the circular pile with the same pile length and the same amount of concrete.The plum blossom pile section has two inertia moments: Ix,Iy,and Iyis larger than Ix,the inertia moments of the two sections increases with the increase of the outsourcing radius of plum blossom pile.Compared with the circular pile with same cross section area, the inertia moments of plum blossom pile shows an exponential growth trend.
