摘要
文章采用2010—2020年的市级面板数据,在对碳排放损益偏离定量测度的基础上,探究了其影响因素。研究表明:市域碳排放在时间上呈现出规模不断扩大的特征,在空间上呈现出由北向南递减、由东南向西北递增的特征,且存在显著的空间关联特征。碳排放的重心一直位于经济发展水平重心的北部,两者的错位距离呈现出倒“U”型的变化特征,存在明显的空间错位。碳排放损益偏离、市域单元的贡献度均呈现出明显的区域分异格局,由东到西不断递减。市场化水平、消费水平、金融发展水平、对外开放程度和绿色技术创新是碳排放损益偏离的重要影响因素,且存在显著的时空差异。最后,文章据此提出了针对性的碳减排对策。
Based on the city-level data from 2010 to 2020, this paper explored the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of carbon emission profit and loss deviation. The research showed that: Carbon emissions showed the characteristics of continuous expansion in time;In space, it showed the characteristics of decreasing from the north to the south and increasing from the southeast to the northwest;Besides, there were spatial correlation characteristics. The barycenter of carbon emissions has always been located in the north of the barycenter of the economic development level;Besides, the mismatch distance between the two showed an inverted U-shaped variation. The deviation of carbon emission profit and loss and the contribution of city units all showed a clear regional differentiation pattern, which decreased continuously from the east to the west. Marketization level, consumption level, financial development level, degree of opening to the outside world and green technology innovation were the important influencing factors of carbon emission profit and loss deviation, and there were significant temporal and spatial differences. Finally, this paper put forward targeted carbon emission reduction countermeasures.
