摘要
基于硅光电池开路电压随光强变化的理论研究现状,本文提出一种内建电场动态变化的理论模型。该模型成功解释了硅光电池特性参数测试实验中开路电压随光强变化的实验现象。本文利用理论模拟和实验进一步验证了该理论模型的正确性。这为硅光电池特性测试实验的课堂设计和教学内容选择提供了一个可供参考的理论切入点。
Based on the recent theoretical research on the open-circuit voltage of silicon photocell changing with the intensity of light,itpropose a theoretical model of a dynamic change of the built-in electric field.This model successfully explains the experimental phenomenon that the open-circuit voltage changes with the intensity of light in the test of characteristic parameters of silicon photocell.The validity of the theoretical model was further testified by theoretical simulation and experiments.This provides a theoretical starting point for the classroom design and teaching content selection for the characteristic test experiment of silicon photocell.
