摘要
在线学习各项任务节点构成了一个完整的行为链,各个链接的有序对接与深度耦合有助于增进学生自主学习与终身学习能力。通过深度访谈发现,现实中部分学生由于主观上的思想惰性、侥幸心理、归因偏差,以及客观上的监督缺位,随意“敷衍”甚至逃避在线学习任务的。鉴于此,应重塑虚拟空间“立德树人”之育人旨趣,以全人发展为切入点,通过“人机协作”创建有助于培养学生独立思考能力和系统性思维的在线教学任务体系与评价体系;通过完善网络教学多维监督模式,帮助学生构建起个体情绪与特定任务之间的“意义”,使其获得“行为链”持续优化的内驱力。
Each task node of online learning constitutes a whole action chain,and the orderly joint and deep connection of each link will help improve students'autonomous learning and lifelong learning ability.Through in-depth interviews,it is found that some students are“perfunctory”or even evading online learning tasks because of subjective inertia,fluke mind,attribution biases,and objective lack of supervision.In view of this,it is necessary to reshape the educational purpose of the virtual space—“fostering virtue through education”and create an online teaching task system and evaluation system that is conducive to cultivating students'independent and systematic thinking through“human-computer cooperation”,taking the holistic education and development as the starting point.Moreover,by improving the multi-dimensional supervision model of online teaching,teachers should help students build the“meaning”between individual emotions and specific tasks,enabling them to obtain the internal drive for continuous optimization of the“action chain”.
