摘要
综述了国内外含砷烟尘的处理和利用技术。砷无害化处理是铜冶炼烟尘资源化利用的关键共性问题。现有的烟尘脱砷方法主要分为火法和湿法或者根据原料特性将火法、湿法联合嫁接处理的工艺,实现砷与有价金属的分离。砷产品形式是脱砷工艺选择的关键环节,将砷化合物转化为砷化铁产品可能是未来发展的一个重要方向。
The treatment and utilization technologies for arsenic-bearing fume in domestic and overseas were summarized in the paper.The harmless treatment is the critical common problem for resource utilization of copper smelting fume.The current arsenic removal method is mainly divided into fire method and wet method,or joint treatment of fire and wet method according to characteristics of raw material,it is realized separation of arsenic and valuable metals.The form of arsenic product is the key link for selection of arsenic removal process,It must be considered seriously no matter which arsenic removal process shall be selected.It my be a important direction that arsenic compounds shall be turned into iron arsenide products.
