摘要 气相色谱法广泛应用于混合气体的分析检测中,然而在采集数据的过程中容易受到干扰,造成色谱图存在大量的噪声,产生基线的漂移,导致后续的谱峰检测和谱峰分析的准确率降低,难以应用在实际混合气体检测中。根据一阶滤波特性,文中提出一种自适应的动态一阶滤波的去噪方法,结合移动均值滤波,解决了由于环境干扰导致色谱信号存在大量噪声的问题,有效地消除了噪声且信号畸变小,优化了采用固定滤波系数带来滤波效果不稳定的问题。提出一种自适应阈值的基点移动法的基线校正方法,并结合滑动极值和限幅进行基线校正,解决了基线漂移带来的信号检测偏差大的问题,保证了后续谱峰检测和谱峰分析的有效性。 Gas chromatography is widely used in the analysis and detection of mixed gases. However,during the process of data collection,it is easy to be disturbed,resulting in a large amount of noise and baseline drift in chromatography,and the accuracy rate reduction in the subsequent detection and analysis of spectrum peak,which is difficult to apply to the actual mixed gas detection. On the basis of the first-order filtering characteristics,an adaptive dynamic first-order filtering denoising method is proposed. The problem of a large number of noises existing in chromatography signal due to environmental interference is solved in combination with the moving average filtering,which effectively eliminate noise,makes signal distortion small,and optimizes the unstable filtering effects caused by the application of the fixed filtering coefficients. The baseline correction method of the base point movement method of the adaptive threshold is proposed. The baseline correction is carried out in combination with the sliding extreme value and limited amplitude to eliminate the large signal detection deviation brought by the baseline drift,which can guarantee the effectiveness of subsequent spectrum detection and spectrum analysis.
