摘要
国家公共文化服务体系示范区是我国公共文化建设的试验田,厦门市作为第一批验收通过的国家公共文化服务体系示范区,在后续建设中不断探索,发挥自身在全市公共文化服务中的中坚作用,依托集美新馆探索出“高位嫁接”“空间融合”“服务创新”“技术升级”“深挖资源”的“厦门模式”。文章通过总结“厦门模式”的创建举措、服务成效、创新经验,思考该模式的未来发展方向,以期为其他国家公共文化服务体系示范区的实践探索提供参考。
The demonstration area of national public cultural service system is the experimental field of public cultural construction in China. As the first batch of national demonstration areas of national public cultural service system that have been accepted and passed, Xiamen City has continuously explored in the follow-up construction and played its backbone role in the city’s public cultural service. Relying on Xiamen Library(Ji Mei), it has explored the "Xiamen model" of "high grafting", "spatial integration", "service innovation", "technology upgrading" and "deep excavation of resources". By summarizing the creation measures, service effectiveness and innovative experience of "Xiamen model", this paper considers the future development direction of this model, in order to provide reference for the practical exploration of other demonstration areas of national public cultural service system.
