摘要
系统分析CNKI数据库中CSSCI期刊收录的2003—2022年个人信息保护研究文献,为个人信息保护研究的创新发展提供了新的视角和依据。借助文献计量法和可视化分析软件CiteSpace,从文献外部特征和内部特征两个维度考察了国内个人信息保护研究的发展历程、热点主题及演进趋势。研究表明:国内个人信息保护研究文献在数量上经历了波浪式、整体上升状态,热点主题涵盖了个人信息保护基础理论和法律保护两个维度。未来应落实党的二十大报告中关于加强个人信息保护的要求,保持对国内个人信息保护研究热点主题的高度关注,并从如何构建“善治”的法律实施机制、个人信息权利限制出发,推进个人信息国际合作、深化跨学科研究。
This paper systematically analyzes the documents of personal information protection research from 2003 to 2022 included in CSSCI journals in CNKI database and provides a new perspective and basis for the innovation and development of personal information protection research.With the help of bibliometrics and visual analysis software CiteSpace,this paper investigates the development process,hot topics and evolution trend of domestic personal information protection research from external and internal dimensions of characteristics of literature.Domestic personal information protection research literature has experienced a wave and overall rise in quantity,with hot topics covering two dimensions:basic theory of personal information protection and legal protection.In the future,it is necessary to implement the requirements of strengthening the protection of personal information according to the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and to pay greater attention to the hot topics of domestic research on personal information protection.We shall promote international cooperation and deepen interdisciplinary research on personal information protection from the perspective of building a legal implementation mechanism of“good governance”and the restrictions of personal information rights.
