摘要
[目的/意义]智库联盟信息服务平台的建设不仅是学术研究的需要,也是辅助政府决策,推动社会生产力的需要。[方法/过程]本文在分析了当前国内外智库联盟建设的现状后,提出了建设智库联盟信息服务平台的必要性,从信息服务能力的角度对平台的建设提出要求。[结果/结论 ]本文从四个层级对平台的组织架构进行了构建,并提出了维护平台运行和发展的保障措施。
[Purpose/significance] The construction of the information service platform of think tank alliance is not only the need for academic research, but also the need for assisting government decision-making and promoting social productivity. [Method/process] After analyzing the current situation of the construction of think tank alliance at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the necessity of constructing the information service platform for think tank alliance, and then puts forward some requirements for the construction of the platform from the perspective of information service capability. [Result/conclusion] The structure of the platform should be constructed from four levels. Finally, some safeguard measures to maintain the operation and development of the platform are put forward.
