摘要
液压传动课程是高校机械类专业的必修课,在液压传动课程中会涉及到液压回路和液压元件难理解、动手能力差等问题。文章以液压基本回路为例,借助AMESim仿真软件,搭建AMESim模型进行仿真,让学生清楚地理解液压基本回路的工作情况及液压元件的工作原理,直观地认识液压系统每个元件的具体连接过程和工作原理。阐述了AMESim软件在液压基本回路的应用,使液压回路具有直观化,从而达到理论与实际相结合的效果。
The hydraulic transmission course,a compulsory course in the mechanical major of colleges and universities,which involves hydraulic circuits and hydraulic components,is difficult to understand and to do some relevant experiments.As for a basic circuit of hydraulics,students can clearly understand its working condition,principle,components’connection by means of modeling and simulating in the AMESim software intuitively.In this paper,an application of the AMESim software in the basic hydraulic circuit is described,which reveals the hydraulic circuit theory more intuitively to achieve an aim combining theory with practice.
