岚山油气管廊竖井结构受力分析及空间优化 被引量:1

摘要 竖井支护在岩石地层中通常使用锚杆喷射混凝土,在土层中使用“围护结构+内支撑”方式。依托烟台岚山管廊竖井工程,分析“锚喷网+拱架+注浆”的围护结构下双拼型钢横撑、无横撑、圆管横撑三种工况的复合地层矩形竖井围护结构受力和变形等参数;提出地表沉降、侧壁收敛、安全性、施工难易程度、竖井洞口有效面积和经济性六指标的竖井支护结构性能综合评价方法,并优选出“锚喷网+拱架+注浆+圆管横撑”支护结构。竖井支护结构的轴向应力、Mises应力,圆管横撑的压杆稳定性和挠度,均满足规范要求,结构安全可靠。 The shaft support usually uses the bolt shotcrete in the rock stratum,and the"enclosure structure+inner support"support is used in the soil stratum.Relying on the shaft enineering of Yantai Lanshan pipe gallery,the stress and deformation parameters of the retaining structure of the rectangular shaft in the soil-rock composite stratum,of the double steel horizontal support,no horizontal support and circular tube horizontal support under the enclosure structure of"bolting and shotcreting net+arch centering+grouting"are analyzed,and the shaft with six indicators of shaft surface settlement,sidewall convergence,safety,construction difficulty,effective area of shaft opening and economy are put forward.The supporting structure of"bolting and shotcreting net+arch centering+grouting+horizontal support of circular pipe"is optimized.The axial stress and Mises stress of the shaft supporting structure,and the stability and deflection of the compression bar of the circular tube horizontal brace all meet the requirements of the specification,and the structure is safe and reliable.
