摘要
目的分析肾内科护士静脉穿刺成功率的管理措施与效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月衡阳市中心医院肾内科开展传统护理管理的14名护士作为传统组;选取2021年4月—2022年4月开展护理风险管理的14名护士作为研究组。比较两组护士对管理方法的认同感,评估其各项管理评分,并统计护士对患者一次性静脉穿刺成功率。结果管理后,研究组护士对管理方法的认同感、各项管理评分、对患者一次性静脉穿刺成功率均明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护理风险管理应用在肾内科护士管理中,可提高护士对管理方法的认同,提升各项管理评分,确保护士对患者一次静脉穿刺成功,推荐使用。
Objective To analyze the management measures and effects of successful venipuncture rate of nurses in nephrology.Methods 14 nurses to carry out traditional nursing management from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the traditional group;the 14 nurses who carried out nursing risk management from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study group..The nurses of the two groups were compared in terms of their agreement with the management methods,their various management scores were assessed,and the success rate of nurses'one-time venipuncture of patients was calculated.Results After management,the nurses'agreement with the management method,various management scores,and the success rate of one-time venipuncture on patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying nursing risk management to the management of nurses in nephrology can improve nurses'identification with management methods,enhance various management scores,and ensure nurses'one-time venipuncture success on patients,and it is recommended to be used.
