摘要
目的分析在骨科护士的管理中应用岗位管理绩效考核模式的效果。方法从2020年1月—2021年7月衡阳市中医医院的骨科护士中纳入20名作为研究样本,通过双盲法分为研究组与参照组当中,各10名,前者应用岗位管理绩效考核模式,后者应用常规管理模式,对两组护士管理前后的护理质量、护士满意评分、护士投诉率与差错发生率进行展开分析与讨论。结果管理前,两组护士的护理质量与护士满意评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,研究组护理质量评分、护士满意评分相比于参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士差错发生率与投诉率比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护士的临床管理中实施岗位管理绩效考核模式的效果显著,能提升医院护理质量以及护理满意评分,应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying the post management performance appraisal model in the management of orthopedic nurses.Methods From January 2020 to July 2021,20 cases of orthopedic nurses from Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were included as the study sample,and 10 cases each were divided into the study group and the reference group by double-blind method.The former applied the post management performance assessment model and the latter applied the conventional management model.The nursing quality,nurse satisfaction score,nurse complaint rate and error rate of nurses in the two groups before and after management were analyzed and discussed.Results Before management,there was no statistically significant difference in nursing quality and nurse satisfaction score between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,from the analysis of nursing quality score and nurse satisfaction score,the study group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nurses'errors and complaints in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the post management performance appraisal model in the clinical management of orthopedic nurses is effective and can improve the quality of hospital care as well as nursing satisfaction scores,and the application value is high and worth promoting.
