摘要
目的探讨尿液干化学检验的影响因素,并且采取对应的质量控制措施。方法选择2019年4~9月本院检验科收到的290份非菌尿样本,前期实行常规干化学检验的143份尿液为对照组,后期采取对应质量控制措施进行检验的147份尿液为干预组,选择10个常规项目,对照质控靶值,对比两组检验结果的符合率,并且针对10个项目进行具体分析。结果对照组的检验符合率为蛋白质86.71%、潜血83.22%、酮体88.11%、胆红素86.01%、尿胆原90.21%、亚硝酸盐91.61%,干预组分别为97.96%、95.24%、96.60%、95.92%、98.64%、99.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组检验白细胞、葡萄糖、尿比重的符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿液干化学检验容易受到多种因素影响,而采取针对性质量控制措施,有助于避免不利因素影响,提高尿液干化学检验结果的准确性。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of urine dry chemical test,and to take corresponding quality control measures.Methods 290 non-bacteriuria samples received by the laboratory department of our hospital from April 2019 to September 2019 were selected,143 urine samples that underwent routine dry chemical testing in the early stage were the control group,and 147 urine samples that took corresponding quality control measures in the later stage were selected as the intervention group.10 routine items were selected and compared with the quality control targets,then the accuracy of the test results of the two groups was compared,and specific analysis for 10 items was conducted.Results The accuracy rates of the control group were:protein 86.71%,occult blood 83.22%,ketone body 88.11%,bilirubin 86.01%,urobilinogen 90.21%,nitrite 91.61%,those of the intervention group were 97.96%,95.24%,96.60%,95.92%,98.64%,99.32%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the accuracy of white blood cells,glucose and specific gravity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Urine dry chemical test is easily affected by many factors,and taking targeted quality control measures can help to avoid the influence of adverse factors and improve the accuracy of test results.
