摘要
癌因性疲乏(CRF)是肺癌患者中最常见的并发症,其发生机制尚不明确,尤其经过化疗后CRF更加明显。中医药对肺癌CRF有着深刻而又全面的认识,在病因病机上认为其以痰瘀癌毒互结为标、气血阴阳亏虚为本,在治疗上益气、养血、滋阴、温阳以治本,化痰活血、扶正解毒以治标,同时结合中药注射制剂及针灸、穴位贴敷等中医药特色治疗,通过提高患者机体免疫、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、改善骨髓抑制等方面减轻肺癌患者CRF症状,提高患者生活质量。
Cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is the most common complication in patients with lung cancer.The mechanism of its occurrence is unclear.Especially in lung cancer patients after chemotherapy,CRF is more obvious.Traditional Chinese medicine has a profound and comprehensive understanding of lung cancer with CRF.On the etiology and pathogenesis,lung cancer with CRF is manifestation cause of the mutual combination of phlegm,blood stasis,cancer and toxin,and root cause of deficiency of qi,blood and yin and yang.In treatment,invigorating qi,nourishing blood,nourishing yin,warming yang to cure the root cause,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation,strengthening the body and detoxifying to cure the symptoms,and combining the characteristic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,such as traditional Chinese medicine injections,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint application.Through improving the immunity of patient,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,improving bone marrow suppression and other aspect to reduce the symptoms of CRF in patients with lung cancer and improving the quality of life of patients.
