摘要
目的探讨卵巢癌组织肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)表达和HPV16/18感染与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2019年3月-2021年4月于郑州人民医院行卵巢癌手术切除患者84例为研究对象,采用免疫组织化法(SP)检测卵巢癌组织及癌旁组织TRAIL、Bcl-2表达及HPV16/18感染率,分析卵巢癌组织TRAIL、Bcl-2表达及HPV16/18感染与临床病理特征的关系。结果卵巢癌组织中的TRAIL阳性表达低于癌旁正常组织,Bcl-2的阳性表达、HPV16/18感染高于癌旁正常组织(TRAIL:38.10%vs.89.29%,χ^(2)=56.460,P<0.001;Bcl-2:66.67%vs.14.29%,χ^(2)=47.831,P<0.001;HPV16/18:57.14%vs.8.33%,χ^(2)=45.440,P<0.001);卵巢癌组织中TRAIL、Bcl-2的表达与分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移有关(P<0.05),HPV16/18感染与分化程度、远处转移有关(P<0.05)。结论TRAIL在卵巢癌组织中低表达,Bcl-2在卵巢癌组织中高表达,且两者与HPV16/18感染、临床病理特征密切相关。
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between the expressions of tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL),B lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)in ovarian cancer tissues and HPV16/18 infection and the clinicopathological features.METHODS Totally 84 ovarian cancer patients who underwent ovariectomy in Zhengzhou People′s Hospital from Mar 2019 to Apr 2021 were recruited as the research subjects,the expressions of TRAIL,Bcl-2,and HPV16/18 infection rate in ovarian cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were detected by means of immunohistochemistry(SP).The relationship between the expressions of TRAIL,Bcl-2,and HPV16/18 infection in ovarian cancer tissues and the clinicopathological features was observed.RESULTS The positive expression percentage of TRAIL was lower in the ovarian cancer tissues than in the para-carcinoma tissues,while the positive expression percentage of Bcl-2 and incidence of HPV16/18 infection were higher in the ovarian cancer tissues than in the para-carcinoma tissues(TRAIL:38.10%vs.89.29%,χ^(2)=56.460,P<0.001;Bcl-2:66.67%vs.14.29%,χ^(2)=47.831,P<0.001;HPV16/18:57.14%vs.8.33%,χ^(2)=45.440,P<0.001).The expressions of TRAIL and Bcl-2 in ovarian cancer tissues were associated with the degree of differentiation,FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05);the HPV16/18 infection was associated with the degree of differentiation and distant metastasis(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The expression level of TRAIL is low in ovarian cancer tissues,the expression level of Bcl-2 is high in ovarian cancer tissues,and both are closely associated with the HPV16/18 infection and clinicopathological features.
