摘要
职业生涯辅导应该以个人成长和职业发展为着眼点,将职业与个人价值融为一体。结合就业现状,针对“00后”高职学生在就业心理方面出现的问题表象,分析心理问题的成因,并从生涯辅导的视角对如何做好“00后”高职大学生就业指导工作提出一些建议和对策。
Career counseling should focus on ones’personal growth and career development,taking into account both people’s professional and personal values.Based on the current employment situation,this paper analyzes the causes of psychological problems of post-00 vocational college students in employment psychology,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the employment guidance among post-00 vocational college students through career counselling.
