摘要
强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种慢性自身炎症性疾病。此病的西医临床传统治疗以使用非甾体抗炎药、糖皮质激素等药物为主,但难以治愈,且长期用药易引起胃肠道反应及感染等不良反应。针灸疗法在治疗AS中对疼痛、活动受限及畸形的改善效果显著,且有简便易行、副作用小、患者依从性高等优势。现对针灸及其相关综合疗法治疗AS的相关文献进行归纳总结,旨在为AS的临床治疗提供参考依据。
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a chronic autoinflammatory disease.Traditional Western clinical treatment of this disease mainly uses non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,glucocorticoids and other drugs,but it is difficult to cure,and long-term drug use is easy to cause gastrointestinal reactions and infection and other adverse reactions.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of AS has a significant improvement effect on pain,movement restriction and deformity,and has the advantages of simplicity,few side effects and high patient compliance.This article summarizes the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion and its related comprehensive therapy in the treatment of AS,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of AS.
