煤矿新型充填胶凝材料研发与工业应用 被引量:6

Research, Development and Industrial Application of New Filling Cementitious Material in Coal Mine

摘要 为解决水泥作为矿山充填胶凝材料生产能耗高、成本大的问题,针对梁家煤矿充填开采,以脱硫石膏、水泥、矿粉、激发剂为原材料进行正交试验研究,研究煤矿新型胶凝材料最优配比,并开展了新型胶凝材料与水泥的强度对比试验和充填试验。结果表明:梁家煤矿新型充填胶凝材料最优配比为脱硫石膏∶水泥∶激发剂∶矿粉=6∶4∶3∶37,最优配比下充填体3 d、7 d、28 d强度分别可达到3.16 MPa、4.65 MPa、5.52 MPa;相同胶砂比条件下新型胶凝材料试块抗压强度分别是水泥试块强度的1.8倍、1.31倍和1.26倍,确定了采用新型胶凝材料减量化17%进行充填试验,充填试验证明新型胶凝材料具有比传统水泥材料更好的早期强度和流动性,可以替代水泥用于充填开采,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high cost in the production of cement as a mine filling cementitious material, the orthogonal test was carried out with desulfurized gypsum, cement, slag and excitatant as raw materials for the filling mining of Liangjia Coal Mine. The optimal proportion of new cementitious materials in coal mines was studied, and the strength comparison experiment and underground filling test of new cementitious materials and cement were carried out. The results show that the optimal proportion of the new filling cementitious material in Liangjia Coal Mine is desulfurized gypsum∶cement∶excitant∶slag = 6∶4∶3∶37, and the strength of the filling body at 3 d, 7 d and 28 d could reach 3.16 MPa, 4.65 MPa and 5.52 MPa, respectively. Under the same cement-sand ratio, the compressive strength of the new cementitious material test block is 1.8 times, 1.31 times and 1.26 times that of the cement test block respectively, and the new cementitious material is determined to reduce the weight by 17% for filling test. The filling test proves that the new cement material has a better early strength and fluidity than the traditional cement material, and can replace the cement for filling mining with good economic and social benefits.
