摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,城市建设的脚步逐渐加快,生态文明城市建设逐渐成为人们关注的重点内容之一。目前,在城市规划当中,规划环境影响评价的介入有着非常重要的作用,规划环境影响评价从自然资源与社会资源的合理利用以及生态环境保护方面对规划提出合理的建议,使规划更加符合可持续发展要求,从而实现人与自然的和谐相处。本文主要探讨规划环境影响评价在生态文明城市建设中的有效应用。
With the continuous development of social economy, the pace of urban construction is gradually accelerated, and the construction of ecological civilized city has gradually become one of the key contents that people pay attention to. At present, in urban planning, the intervention of planning environmental impact assessment plays a very important role. Planning environmental impact assessment puts forward reasonable suggestions for planning from the aspects of rational utilization of natural resources and social resources and ecological environment protection, so that the planning can meet the requirements of sustainable development more,thus realizing the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. This paper mainly discusses the effective application of planning environmental impact assessment in the construction of ecological civilized city.
