摘要
咳嗽变异性哮喘是一种特殊类型的哮喘,张华主任认为其病因可责之于正虚、痰饮、外邪,主要证型为风邪外袭,其中又以风寒居多,故治多用温。我国幅员辽阔,区域不同,气候条件相去甚远,芜湖地处长江中下游,气候湿热,患者多湿,故张华主任临证用药时因地制宜,选方组药着重顾护脾胃,肺脾同调。张华主任承新安医家之风,行医用药亦谙此理,其对咳嗽变异性哮喘的辨治简单有效,具有区域特色,临床上易于操作、应用,值得推广、借鉴。
Cough variant asthma(CVA)is a special type of asthma.Director Zhang Hua believes that the etiology of CVA can be attributed to positive deficiency,phlegm retention and external pathogen.The main syndrome type is the external invasion of wind pathogen,of which wind-cold is the most common.Therefore,the warm therapy is mainly used.China is a vast country with different regions and very different climatic conditions.Since Wuhu is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the climate here is humid and hot,the dampness syndrome is very common in patients.Therefore,Director Zhang Hua adapted measures suitable for local conditions in the clinical medication,and focus on caring for the spleen and stomach,and harmonizing lung and spleen during prescription formulation.Director Zhang Hua inherits the style of Xin’an’s physicians and is also familiar with this principle in medicine practice.Director Zhang Hua’s diagnosis and treatment of cough variant asthma is simple and effective,with regional characteristics,and it is easy to operate and apply clinically.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and reference.
