布拉氏酵母菌联合微量喂养对早产儿喂养不耐受的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合微量喂养对早产儿喂养不耐受(FI)的影响。方法选择佛山市高明区人民医院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的FI早产儿80例,采用随机数表法分为常规组与观察组,每组各40例,常规组给予间歇持续性微量喂养,观察组在对照组基础上联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗,比较两组治疗后疗效、喂养情况、生长情况及FI发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠摄入能量高于常规组,全量喂养时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组头围增长、身长增长、体重增长速度均快于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后呕吐、腹胀、胃潴留发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合微量喂养在FI早产儿中应用效果优于微量喂养,能够改善喂养结局,提升头围、身长、体重增长速度,降低FI总发生率,值得应用与推广。 Objective To investigate the impacts of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with minimal feeding on feeding intolerance(FI)of premature infants.Methods A total of 80 premature infants with FI admitted to and treated in Gaoming District People’s Hospital in Foshan City from January 2020to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the conventional group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The conventional group was treated with intermittent continuous minimal feeding,while the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the therapeutic efficacy,feeding condition,growth condition and FI occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal energy intake of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the total feeding time was shorter than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The growth rates of head circumference,body length and weight in the observation group were all faster than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of vomiting,bloating,stomach retention in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with minimal feeding in premature infants with FI is superior to that of minimal feeding,which can improve the feeding outcome,increase the growth rates of head circumference,body length and weight,and reduce the total incidence of FI.Therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion.
