摘要
大功率绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)模块是柔性直流输电(HVDC)换流阀的核心部件,其损耗计算对系统的可靠性分析和散热系统设计具有重要意义。首先,根据水冷IGBT模块的传热过程和量热方法,提出利用冷却水对流换热量和空气对流换热量计算大功率IGBT模块热损耗的模型。其次,通过数值仿真,对不同入口流量、损耗工况和温度条件下的水冷过程进行模拟,并重点分析所提损耗计算模型和传统损耗计算方法的相对误差。最后,通过小尺度实验进行验证,证明了该损耗计算模型的可行性和准确性。
The high power insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) module is the key component of flexible high-voltage direct current(HVDC) converter valve.The loss calculation has attached great significance to the system reliability analysis and cooling system design.Firstly,according to the heat transfer process and calorimetric method of watercooled IGBT module,a model is proposed to calculate the heat loss of high-power IGBT module by using the convection heat transfer of cooling water and air.Secondly,through numerical simulation,the water cooling process under different inlet flow,loss conditions and temperature conditions is simulated,and the relative error between the proposed loss calculation model and the traditional loss calculation method is emphatically analyzed.Finally,the feasibility and accuracy of the loss calculation model are verified by small-scale experiments.
