硝酸活化煤基有机肥和褐煤对腐植酸、黄腐酸含量的影响

Effect of Nitric Acid Activated Coal Based Organic Fertilizer and Lignite on Humic Acid and Fulvic Acid Content

摘要 以低质褐煤为主要原料生产煤基的有机肥,有机质含量高,且含有一定比例的腐植酸。为进一步提高肥料中腐植酸含量,本文用硝酸对煤基有机肥和陕西褐煤进行了活化。结果表明,40%硝酸溶液活化效果较好。煤基有机肥中腐植酸含量为6.6%,经活化后含量提高至31.4%。黄腐酸含量为0,经活化后含量提高至1.3%。褐煤中腐植酸含量为14.2%,经活化后含量提高至30.2%。黄腐酸含量为0,经活化后含量提高至1.0%。通过试验,此方法可提高煤基有机肥和褐煤中腐植酸和黄腐酸含量,经数据对比可知,煤基有机肥经活化后,腐植酸和黄腐酸含量增量均大于褐煤活化。 In order to further increase the content of humic acid in fertilizer,low-quality lignite contained high organic matter content and a certain proportion of humic acid was used as the main material to producted coal-based organic fertilizer and Shaanxi lignite were activated with nitric acid.The results show that 40 %nitric acid using as the solution could induce perfect activation effect.After activation,the mass fraction of humic acid in coal based organic fertilizer increased from 6.6% to 31.4%,the mass fraction of fulvic acid increased from 0 to 1.30%,the mass fraction of humic acid in lignite increased from 14.2% to 30.2%,and the mass fraction of fulvic acid increased from 0 to 1.0%.Through experiments,this method can increase the content of humic acid and fulvic acid in coal-based organic fertilizer and lignite.In conclusion,after activation of coalbased organic fertilizer,the increase of humic acid and fulvic acid content is higher than those in lignite activation.
