摘要
目的:分析长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)-肌球蛋白重链相关RNA转录本(Mhrt)、BMI1基因表达水平与心肌肥厚患者心肌纤维化严重程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月—2021年6月于柳州市柳铁中心医院接受治疗的102例心肌肥厚患者,患者均接受钆延迟强化(LGE)序列检测并根据患者累及的阳性节段数量分为LGE 1组和LGE 2组。观察两组LncRNA-Mhrt、BMI1基因表达情况、心功能及LGE评分结果,采用Pearson相关系数分析心肌肥厚患者心肌纤维化程度与LncRNA-Mhrt、BMI1基因表达的相关性。结果:LGE 2组的LncRNA-Mhrt、BMI1基因表达水平明显高于LGE 1组(P<0.05)。两组的左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、射血分数(EF)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);LGE 2组左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室心肌质量(LVM)水平均明显高于LGE 1组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关系数分析显示心肌肥厚患者心肌纤维化程度的LGE积分与LncRNA-Mhrt、BMI1基因表达均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:LncRNA-Mhrt及BMI1基因的异常高表达在一定程度上能够反映出患者并发心肌纤维化程度,对检测心肌肥厚患者病情发展及评估其预后具有重要价值,后续临床中针对该类患者可进行上述两项指标的监测并优化和完善相关诊疗方案,对提高患者预后具有重要效用。
Objective: To analyze the correlation between the expression level of long chain non coding RNA(LncRNA)-myosin heavy chain related RNA transcript(Mhrt), BMI1 gene and the severity of myocardial fibrosis in patients with myocardial hypertrophy.Method: Retrospective analysis was made on 102 patients with myocardial hypertrophy who were treated in Liuzhou Liutie Central Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021. All patients received late gadolinium enhancement(LGE) sequence detection and were divided into LGE group 1 and LGE group 2 according to the number of positive segments involved. The expression of LncRNA-Mhrt and BMI1gene, cardiac function and LGE score were observed in the two groups. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the degree of myocardial fibrosis and the expression of LncRNA-Mhrt and BMI1 genes in patients with myocardial hypertrophy.Result: The expression levels of LncRNA-Mhrt and BMI1 gene in LGE group 2 increased significantly than those in LGE group 1(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV) and ejection fraction(EF) between the two groups(P>0.05). The levels of left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV) and left ventricular myocardial mass(LVM) in LGE group 2increased significantly than those in LGE group 1(P<0.05). Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that the degree of myocardial fibrosis of LGE score in patients with myocardial hypertrophy was positively correlated with the expression of LncRNA-Mhrt and BMI1gene(P<0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal high expression of LncRNA-Mhrt and BMI1 gene can reflect the degree of myocardial fibrosis in patients to a certain extent, which is of great value in detecting the development of patients with myocardial hypertrophy and evaluating their prognosis. In the follow-up clinic, the above two indicators can be monitored for such patients, and the relevant diagnosis and treatment programs can be optimized and improved, which has an important effect on improving the prognosis of patients.
