摘要
EPC管理模式与装配式建筑工程生产模式,都是现阶段我国建筑行业大力鼓励、大力提倡发展的建筑工程新元素,二者的有机结合也有效地推动了相应工程造价管理控制.但是在管理精细化层面,还需要从人工、材料、设备、管理等方面进行努力,方便后续进一步进行造价管理精细化.
The EPC management mode and the prefabricated building engineering production mode are both new elements of construction engineering that China’s construction industry strongly encourages and advocates for development at the current stage,and the organic combination of the two issues also effectively promotes the corresponding project cost management control.However,at the level of managementrefinement,efforts need to be made from labor,materials,equipment,management and other aspects to facilitate further cost management refinement in the future.
