受橡胶坝影响的兴安水文站流量测验和整编自动化探索

摘要 兴安水文站是湘江重要监测站点,做好该站的水资源量监测计算工作,对湘江水资源科学调水、水资源保护、生态环境保护等具有十分重要意义。该站下游橡胶坝的建成使用,使测验断面及附近水流特性发生变化,对该站低枯水流量测验和整编工作产生较大不利影响。为实现该站水文测验和资料整编全自动化,并满足整编精度要求,本文分析了橡胶坝建成使用对该站流量测验和整编的影响,并针对该问题,进行了新探索,提出了该站流量测验和整编工作的对策和建议。 Xingan Hydrological Station is a key station of Xiangjiang River. The water resources monitoring and calculation of this station is very important for scientific transfer and protection of water resources as well as ecological environment protection of Xiangjiang River. Since a rubber dam was constructed downstream the station, the flow characteristics at the measuring section and nearby changes and renders considerable unfavorable impact on the flow measurement and compilation at low water level in dry-period. In order to realize automatic hydrological measurement and data compilation up to the accuracy requirements at this station, the author analyzed the impact of rubber dam on flow measurement and compilation of the station, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on exploration in view of the impact.
