摘要
特色校园体育文化建设彰显一所学校的灵魂、精神风貌和办学品味.以齐齐哈尔市冰球特色学校发展现状为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等,对齐齐哈尔市北三区20所冰球特色学校体育文化建设进行调查分析.提出“冰球城市”“一校一品”冰球特色体育文化建设路径,即加强校园冰球师资队伍建设,完善场地设施,加强对公共场馆的利用率,建立青少年冰球赛事机制,推动普及性赛事开展,加大对冰球文化活动宣传等路径.旨在为“冰球城市”校园冰球更好的发展提供参考.
The sporting cultural construction is to present the soul,spirit and taste of the school.To focus the current development of the characteristic school with ice hockey,applying the methods of literature materials,survey researches,expert interviews,questionnaire,etc.To investigate and analyze in 20 schools of the characteristic with ice hockey in three northern districts in Qiqihar City to put forward the ways of sporting cultural construction with ice hockey characteristics of one-school-with-one-characteristic in the ice hockey city,strengthen the construction of ice hockey technicians,better facilities,enhance the usage of public stadium,establish the mechanics of youth ice hockey competition,promote universal competition,reinforce the publicity of the ice hockey cultural activities.The purpose is to offer the reference for the better development of the school hockey in the ice hockey city.
