摘要
为提高电力工程管理质效,推进电力工程产业长久发展,本文基于电力工程项目管理概念及任务,分析几种常见的管理模式,并提出几点项目管理的创新举措,期望为相关从业人员提供参考借鉴,不断改进电力工程项目管理水平,推进企业长久稳定发展。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of power engineering management and promote the long-term development of power engineering industry,based on the concept and task of power engineering project management,this paper analyzes several common management models and proposes several innovative measures for project management,hoping to provide reference for relevant practitioners,constantly improve the level of power engineering project management,and promote the long-term and stable development of enterprises.
