摘要
在我国西南地区的高速公路修建过程中常遇到埋深浅、存在偏压且为软弱土质的隧道施工,考虑围岩承载能力差、渗水隐患大以及土层不稳定等因素,隧道易产生变形、坍塌风险。以贵州黔西南州兴义环城高速公路中的打磨冲隧道工程为例,从施工角度分析了隧道浅埋偏压软弱围岩段的施工关键工艺,着重分析了基于超前地质预报的瓦斯防治与下穿引水隧洞的低影响技术,实践证明工艺举措切实可行,可为同类型隧道施工提供参考。
During the construction of expressways in Southwest China,tunnel construction with shallow buried depth,biased pressure and weak soil is often encountered.Considering the poor bearing capacity of surrounding rock,the hidden danger of water seepage and the instability of soil layer,the tunnel is prone to deformation and collapse.Taking the sanding tunnel project of Xingyi Ring Expressway in Southwest Guizhou as an example,this paper analyzes the key construction technology of the shallow buried and biased weak surrounding rock section of the tunnel from the construction point of view,and emphatically analyzes the gas prevention and control based on the advance geological prediction and the low impact technology of passing through the headrace tunnel.The practice has proved that the process measures are feasible,which can provide a reference for the construction of the same type of tunnel.
