摘要
为了提升薄光学元件胶黏剂的热稳定性和粘结性能,采用酚类对CoAt/氰酸酯胶黏剂进行了改性处理,研究了改性剂种类对胶黏剂热稳定性和粘结性能的影响。结果表明,相较于CoAt/氰酸酯,苯酚/CoAt/氰酸酯、间苯二酚/CoAt/氰酸酯和间苯三酚/CoAt/氰酸酯,改性试样的t d5%有所减小,而对苯二酚改性的胶黏剂的t d5%有所增大,且焦炭产量R w明显相较其他试样要高。相同温度下经过改性处理的胶黏剂的动态存储模量都高于未改性的试样,经过改性处理后胶黏剂的玻璃化转变温度和介电常数都有所减小。经过改性处理后胶黏剂的拉伸剪切强度都相较未改性处理的试样有不同程度的提高,且经过对苯二酚改性胶黏剂拉伸剪切强度提升幅度最大,而苯酚改性的胶黏剂拉伸剪切强度提升幅度最小。
In order to improve the thermal stability and adhesive properties of thin optical element adhesives,this study modified CoAt/cyanate ester adhesives with phenols and explored the effects of modifier types on the thermal stability and adhesive properties of adhesives.The results showed that compared with CoAt/cyanate ester,the t d5%of phenol/CoAt/cyanate ester,resorcinol/CoAt/cyanate ester and phloroglucinol/CoAt/cyanate ester modified samples decreased while that of hydroquinone modified adhesive increased,with the coke yield R W significantly higher than that of other samples.At the same temperature,the dynamic storage modulus of the modified adhesive was higher than that of the unmodified sample,and the glass transition temperature and dielectric constant of the modified adhesive decreased.Compared with the unmodified sample,the tensile shear strength of the modified adhesive was improved to varying degrees,that of the hydroquinone modified adhesive increased the most,and that of the phenol modified adhesive increased the least.
