摘要
探究了肝病治疗仪联合常规护理在乙型肝炎患者中的应用。选取2020年1月—2021年1月南京市第二医院收治的74例乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,对所有研究对象进行随机分组,分析两组患者护理后改善情况。研究发现,护理后,观察组患者生化指标与对照组相比具有差异(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量、焦虑与抑郁评分、护理满意度与对照组有较大差异,观察组各项评分更理想,数据有差异(P<0.05)。由此可知,乙型肝炎患者应用肝病治疗仪联合常规护理措施能够改善患者生化指标,改善患者生活质量和心理状态,患者对护理工作满意度较高,值得推广应用。
The application of liver disease therapeutic apparatus combined with routine nursing care in patients with hepatitis B.74 cases of hepatitis B patients admitted to Nanjing Second Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and all the research objects were randomly divided into groups to analyze the improvement of the two groups of patients after nursing.The study found that after nursing,the biochemical indexes of patients in the observation group were different from those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life,anxiety and depression scores,and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group.The scores in the observation group were more ideal,and the data were different(P<0.05).The application of liver disease therapeutic apparatus in combination with routine nursing measures in patients with hepatitis B can improve the biochemical indicators of patients,improve the quality of life and psychological status of patients,and patients are highly satisfied with nursing work,which is worthy of promotion and application.
