摘要
文旅融合创新了旅游专业红色教育与专业技能的融合发展路径。红色文化与旅游专业“融合度”为培养德技兼修的综合型人才提供了新动力。文章以协同理论和圈层结构理论为基础,通过构建“红色教育+旅游实践”平台,创建德技兼修的“双线结构”体系,实现最大程度地整合红色文化资源,并与旅游专业技能实践有机地融合。基于此,推出以教师共同体、课程共同体、课堂共同体和高校共同体为核心圈、关键圈、载体圈和辐射圈的圈层式“红”+“专”协同育人模式。
The integration of culture and tourism innovates the integrated development path of red education and professional skills for tourism major. The increase of the degree of “integration” between red culture and tourism provides a new impetus for the cultivation of comprehensive talents with both morality and skills. Based on the synergy theory and the circle structure theory, this paper builds a “two-line structure” innovation system of morality, skills and education through the construction of “red education + tourism practice” platform, integrates the red cultural resources to the maximum extent and organically integrates them with the practice of tourism professional skills. Therefore, the collaborative education model: “socialist-minded” + “professionally competent” is proposed, which takes teacher community, curriculum community, classroom community and university community as the core circle, the key circle, the carrier circle and the radiation circle.
