摘要
针对高职劳动教育与创新创业教育(简称“劳创”)融合育人中不想“劳创”、不会“劳创”、不能“劳创”的难点,深入剖析劳动教育与创新创业教育的融合机理,提出“同轴互融”的融合育人创新模式,以培育“劳创”文化、构建“劳创”学习、激发想“劳创”的动力;以培养“劳创”教师、开发“劳创”课程、培养会“劳创”能力;以打造“劳创”空间、建设“劳创”社团、打造能“劳创”平台。为解决高职“劳创”融合育人难点提供参考。
There are difficulties in the integration of higher vocational labor education and innovation& entrepreneurship education, such as "don't want to integrate", "don't integrate", and "can't integrate". In view of these problems, in-depth analysis of the integration mechanism of labor education and innovation & entrepreneurship education, put forward the "coaxial and mutual integration" integration and education innovation mode, in order to cultivate culture, build learning, stimulate motivation, cultivate teachers, develop courses, cultivate ability, create space, and build communities, Build a platform to provide reference for solving the difficulties of integrating higher vocational labor education with innovation & entrepreneurship education.
