基于IAHP-熵权法和模糊综合评价法的市政有限空间气体安全风险评价 被引量:17

Gas Safety Risk Assessment in Municipal Limited Space Based on IAHP-Entropy Weight Method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

摘要 为了准确有效地对市政有限空间气体安全进行风险评价,探索可行的风险评价方法进行风险预警,减少气体安全风险造成的人员作业事故。分析影响市政有限空间气体安全的风险因素,构建层次结构模型,使用改进层次分析法(interval analytic hierarchy process,IAHP)-熵权法确定评价指标综合优化权重,结合权重结果使用模糊综合评价法对气体安全风险进行评价。以郑州市航空港区某电力基坑有限空间的风险评价为例,所得风险评价结果与实际吻合程度较高。研究结果表明该评价方法较为准确可行,可为市政有限空间实际工程的气体安全风险评价提供参考。 In order to accurately and effectively conduct risk assessment on gas safety in municipal limited spaces,explore feasible risk assessment methods for risk early warning and reduce personnel operation accidents caused by gas safety risks.The risk factors affecting the gas safety in the municipal limited space were analyzed,a hierarchical structure model was constructed,the comprehensive optimization weight of the evaluation index was determined by the interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)-entropy weight method,and the gas safety risk was evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the weight results.Taking the risk assessment of the limited space of a power foundation pit in Zhengzhou Airport Area as an example,the obtained risk assessment results were in good agreement with the actual situation.The research results show that the evaluation method is more accurate and feasible,which can provide a reference for the gas safety risk evaluation of practical engineering in limited municipal space.
