摘要
尹世杰教授是我国消费经济学创始人、开拓者和学术带头人。青年时代树立研究消费经济的初心,1979年打破消费经济研究“禁区”,1983年创立社会主义消费经济学,开创了消费经济研究的“六个全国第一”。随后30年,他致力于推动消费经济学发展、拓展消费经济研究领域,引领我国消费经济学学科建设与发展。从20世纪80年代中期到90年代后期,在消费结构、消费模式、小康水平等方面进行了开创性和持续深化的研究。20世纪90年代以来,先后创立消费力经济学、消费文化学,深入研究消费力、闲暇消费、精神文化消费、绿色生态消费、扩大消费需求等重大问题。他提出了“解放消费力,发展消费力”“文化教育是第一消费力”“社会主义市场经济是消费者主权的经济”“市场经济是需求导向型经济,是消费需求推动型经济”等重要观点。以人为本是他消费经济研究的基本理念,是串联其消费经济思想的灵魂与主线。尹世杰教授的一生是为消费经济而生的一生,是为消费经济鞠躬尽瘁、死而后已的一生,是在消费经济研究的陡峭山路上不畏劳苦、永不停步、不断攀登、不断达到新高峰的一生。
Professor Yin Shijie is the founder, pioneer and academic leader of Chinese consumer economics.In 1979, he broke the "forbidden area" of the study of consumer economics. In 1983, he founded socialist consumer economics and created the "Six national first" in the study of consumer economics. Over the following 30 years, he devoted himself to promoting the development of consumer economics, expanding the field of consumer economics research, and leading the construction and development of the discipline of consumer economics in our country. From the mid-1980s to the late 1990s, pioneering and continuously deepening research has been carried out in the aspects of consumption structure, consumption pattern and well-off level. Since the 1990s, it has successively established the economics of consumption power and the culture of consumption, which have deeply studied the major issues of consumption power, leisure consumption, spiritual and cultural consumption, green and ecological consumption, and expanding consumption demand. He put forward such important views as "liberating consumption power and developing consumption power" "culture and education is the first consumption power" "socialist market economy is the economy of consumer sovereignty" "market economy is the demand-oriented economy and the consumption-demand-driven economy". People-oriented is the basic idea of his research on consumer economic and the soul and main line of his consumer economic thought. Professor Yin Shijie’s life is a life dedicated to the consumer economics, a life devoted to the consumer economics, and a life of ceaselessly climbing and constantly reaching new peaks on the steep mountain road of consumer economics.
