摘要
基于湖北省风、光、水等资源禀赋,文章提出了多级能源协同控制策略,针对资源现状进行了分析。基于水电资源优势建立了多能源协同优化模型,分析了火力机组、光伏、风电、水电机组成本,分别针对可再生能源的不确定性以及光伏和水电联合系统进行了建模分析。考虑了火电机组的排放成本,利用总成本和排放为目标进行优化,考虑等式约束和不等式约束。利用考虑约束条件越限的珊瑚优化算法进行模型求解。在仿真模型中说明了所提模型和方法的有效性。
Based on the resource endowments of wind,light and water in Hubei Province,a multi-level energy coordinated control strategy is proposed,analyzes the current situation of resources.Based on the advantages of hydropower resources,a multi-energy collaborative optimization model is established.The cost of thermal power units,photovoltaic,wind power,and hydropower units is analyzed,and the uncertainty of renewable energy is modeled,and the combined photovoltaic and hydropower system is modeled.Considering the emission cost of thermal power units,the total cost and emission are used for optimization,and equality constraints and inequality constraints are considered.The model is solved using a coral optimization algorithm that considers out-of-bounds constraints.The effectiveness of our model and method is demonstrated in a simulation model.
