摘要
目的:探讨在老年脑梗死患者运用优质护理的康复效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年8月无锡市惠山区第三人民医院收治的老年脑梗死患者60例为观察对象,以数字奇偶法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预,比较两组患者负性情绪、护理满意度、恢复情况。结果:干预后,两组患者焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服务态度、护理行为、专业技能、舒适护理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组运动功能、自理能力评分高于对照组,神经功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年脑梗死患者护理中运用优质护理的康复效果较佳,有利于缓解负性情绪,增加护理满意度,降低患者神经功能受损程度,增强运动功能及自理能力。
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of using quality nursing care in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Huishan District Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each by the method of numerical parity.The control group was given conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group was given quality nursing care interventions.The negative emotions,nursing satisfaction,and recovery of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of patients in both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The service attitude,nursing behavior,professional skills,and comfort care scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The motor function and self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the neurological function scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation effect of using quality nursing in the care of elderly patients with cerebral infarction is better,which helps to relieve negative emotions,increase nursing satisfaction,reduce the degree of neurological impairment and enhance motor function and self-care ability of patients.
