混凝土骨料粒径对声发射信号衰减特性影响 被引量:3

Influence of Concrete Aggregate Size on Attenuation Characteristics of Acoustic Emission Signal

摘要 针对混凝土材料声发射信号衰减特性问题,探究了不同组分对声发射信号的衰减变化规律。选用不同骨料粒径(5~10 mm、10~15 mm和15~20 mm)混凝土试件进行断铅试验,研究分析声发射信号幅值、中心频率、波速等参数变化。结果表明:品质因子Q与波阻抗具有较好的相关性,15~20 mm骨料粒径混凝土试件的品质因子Q和波阻抗最小,声发射信号衰减最大。随着传播距离的增加,弹性波的幅值、中心频率、峰值电压均呈衰减趋势。混凝土骨料粒径越大,其幅值和中心频率的衰减系数越大,声发射信号衰减越明显,各频段信号衰减越快,信号频带变得越窄,其基准波速越小,波速衰减变化越大。当弹性波传播到900 mm距离处时,5~10 mm、10~15 mm和15~20 mm粒径试件的波速变化率分别为-33.85%、-34.88%和-35.91%。 In view of the attenuation characteristics of acoustic emission signals of concrete materials,in order to explore the attenuation laws of acoustic emission signals by different components,the lead breaking test was carried out on concrete specimens with different aggregate diameters(5~10 mm,10~15 mm,15~20 mm)to analyze the changes of acoustic emission signal amplitude,center frequency,wave velocity and other parameters.The results show that the quality factor Q has a good correlation with the wave impedance,the quality factor and wave impedance of 15~20 mm aggregate particle size concrete specimen are the smallest,and the attenuation of acoustic emission signal is the largest.With the increase of the propagation distance,the amplitude,center frequency and peak voltage of the elastic wave show the decay trend.The larger the particle size of concrete aggregate,the larger the attenuation coefficient of amplitude and center frequency,the more obvious the attenuation of acoustic emission signal,the faster the signal attenuation of each frequency band,the narrower the signal frequency band,the smaller the reference wave speed,the greater the change of wave speed attenuation.When the elastic wave propagates to the distance of 900 mm,the wave velocity change rates of 5~10,10~15 and 15~20 mm particle size specimens are-33.85%,-34.88%and-35.91%,respectively.
