摘要
【目的】探究接种粘质沙雷氏菌X-45和不同载体基质制备的菌肥活性情况及其对刺槐生长发育的影响,旨在筛选能替代珍稀资源泥炭的菌肥载体,对于绿色低碳农业发展及微生物肥产业化应用具有重要意义。【方法】以不同农业固体废弃物(秸秆、麦麸、棉籽壳、豆饼)为载体底物,分别以不同质量配比制成菌肥,通过测定载体对功能菌株是否具有毒性和菌肥中活菌数变化情况判断菌肥质量高低,初步筛选合适的菌肥载体;以刺槐幼苗为试验材料,以未施肥处理组(CK)、泥炭载体处理(T0)为对照,设置秸秆载体处理(T1)、麦麸载体处理(T2)、秸秆∶麦麸(1∶1)处理(T3)、秸秆∶麦麸∶棉籽壳(1∶1∶1)处理(T4)、秸秆∶麦麸:豆饼(1∶1∶1)处理(T5)5个处理组,对施用不同处理菌肥的刺槐地上生物量、地下生物量和结瘤情况进行对比分析,进一步评价菌肥肥效,筛选出最佳菌肥载体配方。【结果】1)所有处理的活菌数均比泥炭载体处理组有不同程度提高,其中秸秆+麦麸+豆饼载体菌肥的活菌数显著高于其余处理组,活性最高;2)秸秆+麦麸载体菌肥促生效果更加显著,其刺槐幼苗的各项形态指标达到了最大值,相较于无菌对照组和泥炭载体对照组均显著提高;3)秸秆+麦麸+棉籽壳菌肥促进刺槐结瘤效果最为明显,其结瘤数量及质量均达到了所有处理中的最大值,分别比无菌对照组增长了783.55%和251.77%,比泥炭载体对照组增长了275.27%和111.68%。【结论】综合刺槐幼苗的生长指标和结瘤效果,适合植株生长的最佳促生菌肥是秸秆+麦麸组和秸秆+麦麸+棉籽壳组。
【Objective】The purpose of this study was to explore the activity of the bacterial fertilizer prepared by inoculating Serratia marcescens N1.14,X-45 with different carrier substrates and its impact on the growth and development of Robinia pseudoacacia L.,in order to screen the bacterial fertilizer carriers that can replace peat,which was of great significance for the development of green and lowcarbon agriculture and the industrial application of microbial fertilizers.【Method】Different agricultural solid wastes(straw,wheat bran,cottonseed shell and soybean cake)were used as the carrier substrates to make bacterial fertilizers with different mass ratios.The quality of bacterial fertilizers was judged by determining whether the carrier had toxicity to functional strains and the change of viable bacteria in bacterial fertilizers,and the suitable bacterial fertilizer carrier was preliminarily screened.Taking Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings as the experimental materials,the non-fertilization treatment(CK)and peat carrier treatment(T0)were set up as the control,and five treatment groups were designed:straw carrier treatment(T1),wheat bran carrier treatment(T2),straw∶wheat bran(1∶1)treatment(T3),straw∶wheat bran∶cottonseed shell(1∶1∶1)treatment(T4)and straw∶wheat bran∶soybean cake(1∶1∶1)treatment(T5).The aboveground biomass,underground biomass and nodulation of Robinia pseudoacacia treated with different bacterial fertilizers were compared and analyzed to further evaluate the efficiency of bacterial fertilizers and screen out the best formula of bacterial fertilizer carriers.【Result】1)The number of viable bacteria in all treatments was higher than that in the peat carrier treatment group.The viable bacteria number in the bacterial fertilizer with the straw+wheat bran+soybean cake carrier was significantly higher than that of other groups,and the activity was the highest.2)The growth-promoting effect of the straw+wheat bran carrier bacterial fertilizer was the most significant,and the morphological indexes of Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings reached the maximum,which was significantly higher than that of the sterile control group and the peat carrier control group.3)The straw+wheat bran+cotton seed shell bacterial fertilizer had the strongest effect on promoting the nodulation of Robinia pseudoacacia,and the nodulation quantity and quality reached the maximum value,which were increased by 783.55%and 251.77%,respectively,compared with the sterile control group,and increased by 275.27%and 111.68%compared with the peat control group.【Conclusion】Based on the growth index and the nodulation effect of Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings,the best bacterial fertilizer suitable for plant growth is the straw+wheat bran group and straw+wheat bran+cotton seed shell group.
