摘要
综述了二元应对的概念、测评工具、影响因素以及二元应对在孕产妇及其配偶的研究现状,并对二元应对在孕产妇及其配偶中的研究和实践进行展望。旨在提高医护人员对二元应对的认识,为开展相关研究及构建适用于我国文化背景的、有针对性的、基于二元应对理论的干预方案提供参考。
This article summarized the concept, assessment tools, influencing factors of dyadic coping between pregnant women and their spouses, and clarified the possible clinical implications of the evidence in this population. The result of the review informed healthcare providers in the understanding of dyadic coping, therefore provided references for the future development of culturally sensitive interventional measures tailored to dyadic coping between these couples.
