摘要
目的 通过在线数据库分析鸟苷三磷酸结合蛋白4(GTP binding protein 4, GTPBP4)在头颈部鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, HNSCC)患者组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 利用UALCAN、Human Protein Atlas等肿瘤基因数据库分析HNSCC患者中GTPBP4的表达水平及其与肿瘤的临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移、HPV感染及TP53突变之间的关系。利用UCSC Xena对HNSCC患者组织中GTPBP4表达与总生存率的相关性进行分析。结果 GTPBP4在HNSCC患者组织中的表达明显升高,GTPBP4高表达与HNSCC患者肿瘤病理分级及较差预后相关,与肿瘤临床分期无显著相关性,且GTPBP4高表达与患者HPV感染及TP53突变密切相关。结论 GTPBP4可能在HNSCC的发生发展发挥促进作用,有望成为HNSCC治疗及预后的潜在靶点及新的生物标志物。
Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of GTP binding protein 4(GTPBP4) in the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC) patients based on the online database. Methods UALCAN and the human protein atlas were used to analyze the expression level of GTPBP4 in the HNSCC tissues, and its relationship with the clinical stage, tumor pathological grade, lymph node metastasis, HPV status and TP53 mutation status of the patients with HNSCC. UCSC Xena was used to analyze the correlation between GTPBP4 and the overall survival of patients with HNSCC.Results The expression of GTPBP4 in HNSCC tissues was higher than that in normal oral tissues. The high expression of GTPBP4 was related to the tumor pathological grade and poor prognosis. There was no obvious correlation between the expression of GTPBP4 and clinical stage of HNSCC patients.The expression of GTPBP4 was closely related to HPV status and TP53 mutation status of the patients with HNSCC. Conclusions GTPBP4 may play a role in the development of HNSCC.
