摘要
为了研究花绒寄甲的种群扩繁技术和林间应用技术,在室内开展了花绒寄甲人工饲养、成虫产卵量测定、幼虫和成虫的低温储存试验。结果表明,4种成虫饲料配方均可饲养花绒寄甲,其中以配方1饲喂的松墨天牛幼虫繁育的花绒寄甲成虫的单雌月均产卵量最高,达261粒。4种繁育寄主均可用于繁育花绒寄甲,其中以松墨天牛蛹繁育效果最好。储藏试验结果表明,5℃条件下,储存花绒寄甲卵超过60 d后孵化率低于90%;15℃条件下,成虫可以储藏90 d。该研究结果为花绒寄甲的大规模繁育和储藏提供了基础数据。
In order to study technology of population propagation and interforest application of Dastarcus helophoroides,this paper studied the artificial feeding,oviposition determination,cryogenic storage of larvae and adults.The results showed that the four feeds could be used to feed Dastarcus helophoroides,the feed 1(SL1)had the best population oviposition,reached 261.The four breeding hosts(JZ)could be used to feed,Monochamus alternatus Hope pupa had the best effect.The storage experiments showed spawn hatchability was under 90%for more than 60 d at 5℃;adult could be stored for 90 d at 15℃.Above research results provide the basic data for breeding Dastarcus helophoroides and storage.
