摘要
为探究不同浓度哈茨木霉对小型西瓜生长、果实品质和产量的影响,筛选出施用于小型西瓜最适宜的哈茨木霉浓度。本试验在种植小型西瓜定植和授粉后2次施用浓度为0.15、0.30 g·m^(-2)哈茨木霉,测量小型西瓜的株高、叶面积、茎粗、单瓜质量、果实横纵径、皮厚,以及果肉中心和边部可溶性固形物含量等指标,比较施用不同浓度哈茨木霉对小型西瓜的影响。结果表明:施用0.15 g·m^(-2)哈茨木霉时,可显著提高小型西瓜植株的株高、叶面积、茎粗和单瓜质量,提高产量和商品率,提高效果优于施用0.30g·m^(-2)哈茨木霉;施用0.30 g·m^(-2)哈茨木霉时,可显著降低小型西瓜皮厚,提高果实中心可溶性固形物含量,作用效果优于施用0.15 g·m^(-2)哈茨木霉。综上所述,在小型西瓜种植中,施用0.15 g·m^(-2)哈茨木霉可以明显提高植株田间长势和产量,施用浓度为0.30 g·m^(-2)哈茨木霉可以明显提高果实品质,不同浓度哈茨木霉对小型西瓜果实品质影响差异不大,考虑经济成本,综合比较生产中施用0.15 g·m^(-2)哈茨木霉更适合推广。
The effects of different concentrations of Trichoderma harzianum on the growth, fruit quality and yield of mini-watermelon were explored, and the most suitable concentration of Trichoderma harzianum applied to mini-watermelon was selected. In this experiment, 0.15 g·m^(-2)and 0.30 g·m^(-2)Trichoderma harzianum were applied twice after planting small watermelon and pollination. The plant height, leaf area, stem diameter, single weight, fruit diameter, skin thickness, soluble solids content in the center and edge of mini-watermelon were measured, and the effects of Trichoderma harzianum with different concentrations on mini-watermelon were compared. The results showed that the application of 0.15 g·m^(-2)Trichoderma harzianum significantly increased the plant height, leaf area,stem diameter and single melon weight of mini-watermelon plants, increased the yield and commodity rate, and the improvement effect was better than that of 0.30 g·m^(-2)Trichoderma harzianum. The application of 0.30 g·m^(-2)Trichoderma harzianum significantly reduced the skin thickness of mini-watermelon and increased the content of soluble solids in the fruit center, and the effect was better than that of 0.15 g·m^(-2)Trichoderma harzianum. In summary, the application of 0.15 g·m^(-2)Trichoderma harzianum in mini-watermelon planting can obviously improve the growth and yield of plants in the field, and the application of 0.30 g·m^(-2)Trichoderma harzianum can obviously improve the fruit quality. However, there is little difference in the effect of different concentrations of Trichoderma harzianum on the fruit quality of mini-watermelon. Considering the economic cost, comprehensively comparing the application of 0.15g·m^(-2)Trichoderma harzianum in production is more suitable for popularization.
