摘要
以黑河为例,采用不同的方法计算不同频率的洪峰、洪量,通过分析比较,选用综合瞬时单位线法的计算成果。利用不同频率的洪水过程线叠加下游河道最大下泄流量计算蓄滞洪区最小库容,规划在不同频率洪水来临、达到预警指标时,人为启用不同的蓄滞洪区方案,以预防或减少极端洪水对人民生命财产造成的损失。
Taking Heihe River as an example,different methods were used to calculate the flood peak and flood volume at different frequencies,through analysis and comparison,the calculation results obtained by comprehensive instantaneous unit hydrograph method were selected. The minimum storage capacity of the flood storage and detention area was calculated by superposing the maximum discharge of the downstream river channel with flood hydrographs of different frequencies. It is planned that when the flood of different frequencies comes and the early warning indicators are reached,different schemes of the flood storage and detention area will be used artificially to prevent or reduce the loss of people’s lives and property caused by extreme floods.
