摘要
历史主动精神是中国共产党以马克思主义为指导,发挥人的主观能动性,形成对自身所处历史方位、使命担当、奋斗目标的科学认知而表现出来的自觉意识和精神品质。它源自马克思主义政党先进性之优良政治基因,涵育于马克思主义和中华优秀传统文化提供的思想滋养,赋能于党的历史自觉和坚定的历史自信。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程中,继续发扬历史主动精神,是在百年未有之大变局中赢得战略主动的必然要求,是构建新发展格局、实现高质量发展的现实需要,也是党在新时代推进自我革命永葆党的生机活力的必然选择,对于我们按照党的二十大报告的要求,坚持“三个务必”,增强历史主动,具有重要意义和时代价值。
The historic initiative is the embodiment of the self-awareness and spiritual quality based on the CPC's scientific understanding of its historic role,missions and goals under the guidance of Marxism and with the orientation of giving play to man's subjective initiative.It is derived from the fine political gene of the superiority of the CPC as a Marxist party,and is nurtured by Marxism and the fine traditional Chinese culture,which endows the Party with historic self-consciousness and firm historic self-confidence.On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,it is necessary to carry forward the spirit of historic initiative in order to win strategic initiative in a great change that has not been seen in a century,because it is the realistic need of constructing a new development pattern and realizing high-quality development,and also the inevitable choice for the CPC to promote self-help revolution and keep its vitality forever in the new era,which has great Epochal significance for us to adhere to the“Three Imperatives”and strengthen historic initiative in accordance with the requirements of the Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
