摘要
目的:调查高职高专女护生对母婴护理员的职业认同现状,以便提出有效的干预措施。方法:随机选取高职高专女护生200人进行调查。结果:高职高专女护生对母婴护理员职业认同整体得分为(31.03±7.23)分,是否曾担任学生干部、学习成绩、家人中有无母婴护理行业的从业人员是其主要影响因素。结论:高职高专女护生对母婴护理员的职业认同感较低。
Objective: to investigate the status quo of female nursing students’ occupational identification with maternal and infant nurses in higher vocational colleges, so as to propose effective intervention measures.Methods: randomly select 200 female nursing students in higher vocational colleges for investigation.Results: female nursing students in higher vocational colleges have an overall score of 31.03±7.23 points for the occupational identity of maternal and child nurses.Whether they have served as student leaders, academic performance, and whether there are employees in the maternal and child care industry in their families are the main influencing factors.Conclusion: female nursing students in higher vocational colleges have a low sense of professional identity with maternal and child nurses.
